MRXUH Mindanao Food Festival One of the core activities during the 59th Anniversary celebration of Maria Reyna- Xavier University Hospital, Inc. was the Mindanao Food Festival. The MRXUH Workforce showcased their culinary skill as the roster was divided into 4 competing teams, each one representing a Mindanaoan group. Each group then prepared a banquet highlighting food recipes of Mindanao origin. The Mindanao Food Festival was staged last August 18, 2017 at the MRXUH Medical Specialty Center Concierge where crowd gathered to feast on each teams’ entries. Recently, the 2nd MRXUH Quality Week was launched and one of its core activity was entitled “It’s Time: Synchronizing the MRXUH Time” in an effort to instilling time consciousness amongst its human resource and taking a single step at a time in streamlining its services.
