OUTPATIENT PACKAGES
MRXUH is now offering a number of Executive Check-up Packages that include the most essential diagnostic procedures, along with a comprehensive patient medical history assessment and physical examination which are reasonably and competitively priced.
PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES
1. The Executive Health Check-up lounge is located at the ground floor of MRXUH Medical Specialty Center.
2. Appointment for the Executive Check-up Program shall be scheduled a day prior to your laboratory examinations and diagnostic procedures. There are no check-up on Sundays and Holidays.
3. Our ECUP Coordinator shall assist you during your check-up. Your needs including examination schedule, we have our ECUP physician in case you don’t have a doctor, we will also facilitate your bill settlement.
4. ECUP package charge to an account (company or insurance) should provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) upon scheduling for Executive Health Check-Up.
5. Only diagnostic test or procedures included in the package shall be performed. If you refuse to undergo one or more examinations in your package. The rate will not be adjusted.
6. The Executive Check-up Package is not subject to any discount, including the Senior Citizen discount, since it is already a discounted package. It is not covered under any of the benefit packages of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation and therefore not subject to Philhealth deductions.
7. The duration of the check-up will range from 3 to 6 hours.
8. In case you will find it more convenient to be admitted, our ECUP Coordinator will make all the necessary arrangements with our admitting section. All subsequent charges shall be added to your account.
9. Diagnostic test procedures not availed during your schedule due to your health reasons may be availed not later than one week after.
10. For the Treadmill Stress Test, you are required to bring rubber shoes and jogging pants or shorts and extra T-shirt.
11. Once enrolled in your chosen ECUP package, it is recommended to have 10-12 hours fasting for an accurate blood test result.
12. Breakfast will be served to you after the tests requiring fasting are done.
13. You may personally claim your results at the ECUP lounge 4 working days after the date of the last diagnostic exam.
14. Package rates are subject to change without prior notice.
